Pack the Product
Ensure the headphones, speakers, or accessories are placed back in their original JBL box with all manuals, cables, and protective inserts.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a complimentary courier collection from your Singapore address at a time convenient for you.
Receive Your Refund
After our technical team inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
